From “Listening to” and “observing” wastewater treatment, leads to the known involving technology, environment, humanities, and history, expanding the awareness of time and space. It composes the view of life and the universe extended from the starting point of the sister city relationship (Tainan-San Jose). The work aims to interpret the consciousness in the material sounds during the sewage treatment process, its space-time trajectory and dimensional transformation state, and the information that flows and penetrates each other. It tells the journey of purification, restoration, and continuation of life. The cosmic memory awaits remembering.
